Even as a child Brad was bored by reality. Growing up in the 80’s watching horror films, outlandish cartoons, and reading comic books, he started thinking of how to create alternate realities in his head. Little school work was accomplished in his teens but acres of desktops, folders, and books were vandalized by crude, morbid, and erotic images that constantly filled his head. His artwork is a mixture of horror, fantasy and sci-fi. So it is easy to conclude that he has a dislike for doing still life and portraits. Not wanting to do construction for the rest of his life, Brad was offered an apprenticeship in March of 2010 by Mike Prevost (owner and operator of 13th Hour Tattoos) and obviously accepted.
Personally he favors black and grey, but in certain instances he is equally ambitious to do vibrant color pieces.
